You'd think I'm some kind of mega fan of Sonic Colors or something And no you'd NOT be right this game isn't even in my top 5 Sonic games

So Champions is using the full-body pokemon icons from SV Not really a big fan of that personally Of course it makes sense for them to reuse those assets, but I also kinda feel like it's better to not have a Pokemon icon near the health bar at all, like in any regular Pokemon game

Switch generation Pokemon games ranking. Based on personal opinions, obviously.

Giving Alpha Magikarp Hydro Pump in Z-A has to be some kind of a joke. Cuz once it evolves into Gyarados, its Hydro Pump just does not hit (unless you get really lucky). Because Alpha Gyarados is too fuckin' big.

Ok so I think Silver's reaction to Water Palace kinda makes no sense to me, because, this iteration of Silver is supposed to be from a nice future, right? Colors DS is apparently canon to Crossworlds, and in Colors DS Silver verbally confirmed that the world in his time is not at crisis.

Actually Sonic's colors ends up looking similar to that in the old cutscene of him and Shadow on the ARK, but that was under a very specific kind of lighting, not in frickin white space

TemporalZack @temporalzack.bsky.social · 07/09/2025

Okay I know complaining about Sonic's literal colors is pretty dumb but they could've at least *tried* to make him look a bit more like his 2011 self

I know the Deadly 6 aren't very interesting themselves, but since they kept bringing Zavok back, I think they should probably one day give the Zeti race some more lore Like, maybe the Knuckles Clan actually battled with the Zetis in their time or something, idk

Finally went back and got the remaining 3-star cups on 200cc. Now I have 3-starred every cup in MK8D including BCP.

I'm sure yall noticed it already but the color of ''world'' in #mariokartworld is likely an intentional reference to Super Mario World.

TemporalZack @temporalzack.bsky.social · 29/03/2025

welp this sucks (before this screenshot I even used poke communication in an attempt to swap the leafeon ex in my hand with an Eevee... only to get another Leafeon ex instead :/ )

TemporalZack @temporalzack.bsky.social · 18/03/2025

That's the thing though. I feel like Sonic wasn't supposed to have a ''knee'', so to speak. His legs should be big wide arcs instead of a straight line being bent at the middle. The Adventure era artworks gets that idea through pretty well. But modern Sonic just has knee joints now. :/

TemporalZack @temporalzack.bsky.social · 17/03/2025

pretty much in the same boat here :(

TemporalZack @temporalzack.bsky.social · 08/03/2025

Okay Arceus you're giving me too much blessing can you allow me to get LEAFEON instead

TemporalZack @temporalzack.bsky.social · 06/03/2025

hate to be that guy but you probably just need to build a better deck I've beaten it 11 times up to now (and yet somehow I still haven't even gotten any Gible cards from the rewards)

I hate that some Pokemon cards are like, the exact same cards in the exact same style, but the character's pose is a little different
