No weird flavor this weekend, but I've finally had the Tayto experience! Good light fry that preserves the quality potato flavor and minimizes greasiness; good solid punch of onion without any harsh astringency I understand the hype - a classic pulled off perfectly!

Back! To! The! Chips! Lightly ridged, just enough to add textural interest Was worried that it wouldn't capture *carbonade* rather than merely beef and onion, but there are subtle hints of bay and thyme with a slight sweetness that distinguishes it Yet again, a chip success!
