yeah, he has the small rectangular slots to allow for road viper/raidceptor storage! I’dhHighly recommend it if you enjoy the big “playset”-type diaclone stuff

Got a few more TF option parts up! First off, brace parts to make the legacy blitzwing mold’s kibble a flight stand cults3d.com/:5039323 Then some wheels to skate on in robot mode: cults3d.com/:5039337 And finally, a shotgun for wheeljack styled after his Devastation gun! cults3d.com/:5039365

Did you ever hate that siege springer’s rotors had to be disassembled to make his sword? Well with this converting option, now it simply folds together to make a longsword worthy of the Autobot hero! cults3d.com/en/3d-model/...

Released a couple more models recently! First off, we have a GM beam spray gun with a 5mm handle: cults3d.com/en/3d-model/... And secondly, a couple small adapters to make SS86 prime’s backpack into a proper jetpack! cults3d.com/en/3d-model/... Happy printing!

Just started selling my first upgrade kit of my own- a tailfin set for the SS86 seeker body that doesn't require partsforming to stay on his back! cults3d.com/:4997913

So far this is the only one I have- I’m tempted as hell by the convoy mold, especially the white ultra magnus repaint and the GT star saber remold!

God alternity was such a wild line, where else were you gonna get a seeker trio based on concept cars like this??? (Alternity skywarp)

I think most of this is Takara finally picking up on the toyetic direction of the modern robot model/figure market… but also this box design absolutely looks like something straight about of MCB or miniforce

Sonar Storm🏳️‍🌈 (Tem) @tempestormworks.bsky.social · 09/04/2026

Some of the gundam’s appeal has always been how amuro pilots it, he brings this sort of desperate character to its movements that no other mobile suit sells the same way

It’s amazing! I always loved how much their transformation stood out among the carbots- using the center of the car for a chest- and completely reversing the traditional Datsun-style body shape is absolutely in that spirit! one massive “HELL YEAH” from me all around!

I hate to give you a hi-nu jumpscare the moment you wake up… but metal build’s putting out a variant that pushes it closer to the original and I wonder if this is an improvement to you or if it only reinforces the “false prophet” feelings you have about it

Sonar Storm🏳️‍🌈 (Tem) @tempestormworks.bsky.social · 06/11/2025

I hear you… but also it would totally have more gelgoog DNA with providence-style DRAGOONS in homage to its funnels, surely-

A dedicated hobby hand saw you can make steady back-and-forth motions with, alongside a reliable set of hobby sidecutters will be your friend for most everything you need done. A pin vise is also recommended for making holes- especially because you can then make pegs for reassembly with jewlery wire

Sonar Storm🏳️‍🌈 (Tem) @tempestormworks.bsky.social · 28/10/2025

yeah that’s a fair price for a top-priority character like char- I’ve paid more for less before with some figuarts, the aftermarket is absolutely insane Now make sure you have a figure stand ready so you can put him on your walls (like this but not cool because he doesn’t deserve that luxury)

I think this is just the burden it has to bear as a flagship gundam- gunpla design trends have drifted towards slimmer, more mechanical proportions that are usually closer to their onscreen appearance- but izubuchi knew what he was designing his gundam for, the aesthetics of a time decades old now.

“So like what if my awesome totally original robot had EVIL MODE where it became black and edgy and had glowing eyes and my totally awesome original character gets angry and doesnt even have to try to beat char and hes so cool and-“ (Reminder: this manga is supposed to happen 2 years before CCA)

Sonar Storm🏳️‍🌈 (Tem) @tempestormworks.bsky.social · 16/08/2025

So true!!! I’m unbelievably happy that a design team with the technical skill for MP-style yuusha remakes (like the one in the last two pics) gets to work on an entirely original chunky, toyetic-ass line of cool robots (like deep bite here in the first two pics) Same guy designed both of these btw!

Glober is absolutely my pick for best entry point- a stellar transformation, solid articulation, and he won’t murder your wallet like so many of ‘em are ready to.

You’re allowed to just.. make both combined modes, make a standard superion and then add alpha bravo and call it “super superion”, easy (Here’s two yuusha combiners doing Literally This Exact Thing)

110

Sonar Storm🏳️‍🌈 (Tem) @tempestormworks.bsky.social · 03/06/2025

Yeah, seems it was a case of mixing up factions between his original BWN release and his release in beast machines under their “dinobots” subline- where they’re a maximal because all the organic robots were in the line. (Box image from transformerland.com)

Hell yeah, one of my favorites of the S2 lineup getting some more love! Fun fact: the white section of the jaw is a separate part, unscrewing it means you can do stuff with his mouth being open if you have the extra stand to support it

Of course we love him, he’s the final form of the cyberjets! Also because the leg wings can easily be unfolded for a sort of “surfing on air” look

G1 jetfire (AKA the VF-1 Valkyrie) is shoji kawamori’s masterpiece, and possibly the greatest transforming robot ever. I say that with only the slightest bit of hyperbole.
