Tolerating fascism was how we got here. I don't tolerate fascism or fascists. I was running fascists off Tumblr, and the platform is much better as a result. I am not even afraid to say that. Besides being toxic and unsafe, those fascist ideals don't belong in a civilized society.

I believe in civil discourse, but I also don't believe in being nice to fascists. That's why I'm cruel and mean to them, because I speak in a language, they understand. When dealing with an opponent, you must strike them with equal or greater force or not at all. I choose the greater force. 🤷🏿‍♂️

I always thought about the legacy I wanted to leave on earth. These albums, these mixes, these songs. This is what I want people to remember me by when I'm gone. Some stories never get to be told, but by doing this, hopefully my story can be told in the future. That's my legacy.

I was always somebody who would invest time and energy into reading about the things I like and finding more about them. My personal research into the history of House Music began in 2002 with this book. I was 17 at the time I first read this and it's still good read I would recommend.

House Music is a rich genre of music that continues the greatness of the Black American musical legacy from the past and present into the future. Created in Chicago as a direct relative of Disco and Garage in the 70s. Why some tend to separate the roots from tree remains to be known.

I think about it, and I just can't bring myself to stand up for the national anthem or say the pledge of allegiance at all anymore. I think about what Colin Kaepernick did and it was displayed more intelligence and strength than anything I've seen in the last 25 years. Since then, I can't do it.
