...so I can deal with the ones who need it, more than me. ...there’s something curious about the way a person can seek help (or not), not necessarily because they’re unraveling, but just to learn how to coexist with the people who are hypeddit.com/bk8n5w #newmusic #therapy

Don't listen to your radio, there's nothing there for you. Don't read that old newspaper, if you want to know the truth. You just write a song about the world, that you can see. Where it goes nobody knows but it damn sure works for me. #theytellme hypeddit.com/pt2xew #newmusic

So I think Twitter is taking the huff. I looked on there this morning and last night and indeed a few days ago...I've hemorrhaged about 60 followers in a few days 😂 It's either getting of its lazy ass and removing all the bots or it got wind Im over here having an affair with it's sister 😀

Spooky. I just updated my cover photo and in an act of almost spooky coincidence of epic, almost biblical proportions, the header graphic I use for twitter fits, like a glove 😀 #justsayin #newmusic #justsayinremember

Teley's Top Tips. Issue 1. Get a number one song on EVERY chart and radio station in the world. Write a song called 'NUMBER ONE'. Nobody can see radio right? "And next, Teley Irons NUMBER ONE" 👍 It cant fucking fail right? It could fail? It might fail? It will fail? It failed. Fuck it. 😀 #foiled

OK. So I am limiting the shit I post on FB, posting 'something' on X, rarely on IG unless I have a video or something meaningful and now we have this badboy! With that in mind, I'm posting about posting which seems like posting nothing. Which is what it is come to think of it 😀 #fuckknows
