I should send that book to my ex-housemate. He only knew of one kind of meatball. Swedish. If I made Königsberger Klopse, Italian, or any other kind of ball, he'd call it "Swedish Meatballs". He also wasn't happy when I pointed out that he'd eaten anchovy sauce without knowing they were there.
