One of my memories that stands out the most was going to the palace on a school trip and since I don't look that Turkish, locals trying to scam me with a very, VERY broken English. I played along up until they told me the price of their items then went "How much is it if Im Turkish" in Turkish.

I had undiagnosed ADHD during TF2 times which contributed the eventual burnout and spiral out of the community that you saw. I definetely recommend seeing a professional and getting your medication, what you described sounds a lot like ADHD

This happens often when you divide your attentions to way too many things. There are two things you can do to help with this, either slowly phase out of places that feels unimportant or make a proper schedule and make your brain think about it *during* schedule, itll keep things orderly and easier.
