It’s an Amazon firestick, bought a while back admittedly but never had any problems at all.

They look like they’re going to open then it returns to the Home Screen, 5 opens, it’s logged in and the refuses to play and returns to HS. I’ve made sure all the apps are up to date, that the firestick is up to date (they all are) cleared cache, checked storage. Now factory reset on the bloody ting

I’m legit! It’s all bought and paid for and the apps are official lol, I’ve resorted to resetting it to factory settings and will start from scratch and see if that helps 😩

BBCiPlayer, ITVX, C4, C5 have all ceased to work on my firestick. I’ve cleared cache, data, uninstalled them, reinstalled, reset the fire stick, checked the storage, checked the network connection, unplugged it for 60 seconds, checked everything I can think of 😩 Anyone else had this problem?
