Classic motte-and-bailey fallacy. For those unaware, the motte-and-bailey obscures and connects a difficult position that is hard to defend ("video games cause violence" - the bailey) with an easier position to defend that is more popular (developers need to stop using lootboxes - the motte).

The Joker (Heath Ledger) pulls out a pencil and explains he's gonna do a magic trick and make the pencil disappear, so one of the black mafia guys gets up to beat the shit out of him as ordered by his boss Gambol (Michael Jai White).
