When I can't name or recognize certain self-destructive actions, I tend to treat them as if they were something I consciously do against myself. Seeing about and discovering that other people deal with similar things and seeing how they cope makes me feel much more secure i hope that makes sense

/vent I discovered that I was suffering from limerence and that it's an involuntary brain response to trauma, idk I felt much more comfortable knowing this ^<^
