We're reporting on sports betting apps, and we need your help. ProPublica is looking for 250+ people who use DraftKings and FanDuel to share their data with us and help us understand how the apps respond to user behavior. ➡️ How to help: projects.propublica.org/sports-bett…
A neon green tracker shows that ProPublica has received 63 people's sports betting data, over 20% of the way towards its goal of 250. Text below reads: If you’re one of millions of Americans who have placed an online bet on a sporting event, you know how quickly you can go from celebrating your wins to feeling like the odds are stacked against you.

ProPublica is trying to understand how sports betting apps incentivize users to keep playing and when they warn users to pump the brakes. To do that, we need your help: We’re aiming for at least 250 people to upload their gambling history from apps like FanDuel and DraftKings. We’re not quite there yet, so if you’ve used these apps, you can help our journalists. If you’ve worked in the industry, you can also help us by answering a few questions. As seen on @lastweektonight.com 👀 The FDA won’t tell Americans where their generic drugs are made, so we did it instead. Use information from your prescription label to locate the factory and see if the plant has a history of inspection violations: projects.propublica.org/rx-inspector

12/ We spent months compiling every case we could find of immigration agents detaining Americans. We did it because the government hasn't. And now, we're sharing every one of those cases with you. Explore our database: propub.li/4egbSK2
Screenshot of database titled "Explore All Incidents Where Citizens Were Detained." Text below explains that this is every incident ProPublica could find in which one or more citizens were reportedly detained between January 2025 and September 2026. There are 506 citizens' cases in the database, and users can sort by what the incidents involve, where the incident is located, and the recency of the case.
