Building a high speed rail across different privately owned lands is not that easy or cheap here in CA we've been building our high speed rail since 2008 took 7 years to get permits and start the project it's been a nightmare since. It started has a 10b project now it's estimated at 231 billion!

Like I said, their hate for their own people is what drove them to vote Trump. There definitely was problems at the border, there also was a bipartisan border bill that would have fixed it, Trump told Republicans to go against it because he needed the talking point. That alone is a red flag.
