For Iphone, Get Adblock Plus, AdBlock Pro and KA-Block!. They aren't perfect but will offer some protection. Now onto the whole house PiHole. First off, Raspberry Pi's have been hit by the tech oligarch tax. Get an older RPi-1, 2 or 3. This is what YT looks like with all the blockers turned on.

None of our electronics are really new. The TV is almost 10 years old, the robo vac is about 7. There is an Apple TV box (the main culprit) and two I-phones in the house. Point is, this shit is only getting worse. So here is what you can do at the very basic level to protect yourself. My PiHole:

Recently built/setup a PiHole for the house. Even though I thought I had connections locked down, I find this spike in queries every morning at 0430. Of the 20% that are blocked, 80% of those are from Netflix. The rest seem to be a mix of Apple, the floor vac and a few analytic servers.
