here we go good as new!

a pair of Bluetooth earbuds, joined by four wires, red blue green and yellow, twisted together.

the wires from each ear piece meet at a tiny PCB, which has been wrapped in a translucent amber tape (kapton tape). the wires are zip tied on either side of the board

the ear pieces themselves sit together, held by the magnets on the backs of each one, behind the PCB

right side done

a metal clip, commonly used for holding wires while soldering, holds the tiny PCB from inside a pair of Bluetooth headphones. on the left side, four wires are soldered to the board. the twist together, curve away and then back towards the board and into the earbud resting beside the clip

the connections on the right side of the board are empty.

new workshop vibe just dropped

two workbenches meet in the dimly lit corner of an unfinished basement. one wall is made of cinder blocks, poorly painted. the other wall is exposed wooden studs and the back side of some wood fiber board. both workbenches are littered with unfinished projects, extending into the shadows to either side.

nestled neatly into the corner, almost directly beneath the ceiling light, sits a CRT television.
it is tuned to static, and illuminates the image at least as much as the ceiling light above it.
