To give an example of it in action, it can look similar to this screenshot. It looks legitimate, you may have seen it before in a legitimate way where CloudFlare's reCaptcha might ask you to solve a puzzle and nothing else. It's been cloned like-for-like to gain user trust. Be extremely cautious.

Not sure if many know, but considering it is Cybersecurity Awareness Month, this might just feel fitting. If you ever come across a website that does a CloudFlare security prompt, and it asks you to "copy" something - DON'T. This is an attempt to get you to run malware. It's becoming more common.
