The detachable keyboard for the ROG FLOW Z13-ACRNM RMT02 - "While the entire team workshopped to come up with general framework and color composition for the keyboard cover, the nuts and bolts of the keyboard design is all Rennie. He originally used a bolder, more vibrant color scheme for the keyboard, but eventually decided that a darker hue would be more appropriate. The original design was, however, released in very limited fashion as a special "Friends and Family" version of the RMT02.

Artistic flourishes like the “silence,” “before,“ and “now” text on the media keys appear all over the keyboard. I asked Rennie specifically about why the Z-key was renamed to “past,” and he explained that since this machine was intended for creators, who live and die by the Ctrl+Z “Undo” shortcut, he thought it was natural to associate it with a past state of being. Finally, the leather keyboard cover's shape was derived from bits and pieces of the entire design — a circle here, an oblong there."

'finale', a music player app for jellyfin. this is the home screen which has a suggestion system fitted to the right, a large cover display of the currently playing music to the left, and on the bottom is a control bar with the focused item (album) details), the description of it, and a now playing widget that features controls and metadata for the currently playing music

Finale's now playing screen. The top of the screen almost stays the same: Large display to the left, but this time, the queue on the right. Right now, only albums are able to be queued as a list.

On the bottom almost stays the same, but now it's a 'now playing' bar. Transport controls on the bottom right and a group on the left: The album art, three icons (like, container type, lyrics), Artist Name, Song title, Album title, and the file details

Finale list view in the explorer. There is a drop down menu to the far right that let's you choose between a grid view or a list view. The list view isn't very detailed yet but I plan on adding more information

so much for a one day break on this but I got a queue system working along with a handler for playing backward, forward, pausing, stopping, and checking queue specifics. could lead to some queue manipulation functions

Unfinished now playing widget with some very indescribable buttons: current time in song, play previous song, pause, play next song, and current song length

I didn't write about Day 5 but it was pretty eventful: The player is now it's own component I'm starting the basis of the bottom UI by establishing a widget system, but maybe the three shown here are gonna be the only ones for a little while The player can also now pause and stop+eject

Day 3, not much today: Basic styling, refining a couple of APIs to receive more information about singular album items, and a marquee text function that only cycles through a value if it overflows out of bounds of it's container

didn't do as much as I hoped for Day 2 because of work today, but still made something. Stateful authentication, custom getter for receiving all items from an album, and just as an early but awful, lazy example for playing audio, getting the first item of an album and playing it through expo-audio
