oh obviously I wouldn't expect them to go through every company to renegotiate contract licenses but still the end result is still a pretty piss poor pc port with too much bloom that makes your frames die. honestly I'd rather none of this even happen in the first place

I feel like whatever side you're in you should still be insulted at the idea of something fun and over the top with sex appeal and gore like lollipop chainsaw being shamelessly milked to death by random people who never even worked on the original games and putting out a half baked product. it's rot

then you'd have a better time just emulating it because the remaster is so poorly optimized that even my PC was chugging from it somehow (i can play something like cyberpunk on highest settings just fine)

the remake cut a lotta licensed music and costumes with a lot of them being replaced with more generic fits. you had an ash williams evil dead costume and a bunch of anime fits that juliet could wear

like I get Suda probably doesn't feel strongly about Lollipop chainsaw since James wrote mostly everything but I'd be happier seeing the IP in Grasshoppers basement with it being referenced every now and then than whatever is happing here

doesn't the companies president also have some shady past too? besides using grifting to sell that half baked over bloomed "remaster" with cut content

Like just don't expect anything you liked from the original being faithfully carried over or expanded on in this "sequel" This is very much a Metal Gear Survive situation to me

none of the original devs and writers are on this and its being worked on with some vague AI engine, just save your money for something like Stupid Never Dies in 6 weeks or just emulate the original game with all the license music and costumes on the ps3 emulator, it's surprisingly easy to do.

it sucks to have to make a post like this, but I gotta bite my pride a few of the safety nets I had in place for moving have just vanished overnight and I'm extremely stressed out. I have money put aside, but I need to make up the difference if you'd like to support me, now's the time 🔗below
