The new default is to never assume any ports, recomps, or decomps are made by a human. The latter means also doing the parts you may find tedious, as if I could make bread by even explaining in detail what I want the bread to be like, I wouldn't be a baker.

There's a real annoying trend of people being willing to support AI projects if the "quality" is there. That's only part of it, the rest is the fact AI is a destructive tool being used against humanity at large.

when I was very very wee, like before primary school, I distinctly remember wanting to be Wizadora, a show with horrifying puppets that hang out with a witch on UK TV at the time. It's okay to get angry when you realise projects like this are made with AI, but also, writers and editors are trying to weed out the slop projects while still providing you with timely coverage, and y'know, that matters when the industry is being bludgeoned into the ground.

I feel like I didn't do this idea justice because I'm absolutely exhausted and drained, but basically, I stuck a toy Arwing from that Starlink game onto the motion control part of that N64 controller from before. It basically makes it feel like one of those simulator arcade games from the 2000a.

brainpower went into; completely unrequested.
I hope for the sake of all responsible
maintainers that you do not do such a thing
again.
Again, I think it's cool that you and your LLM

Speaking as a games tester who was laid off in order to be to be replaced by AI to "track down bugs, improve testing and work with its codebase", I can tell you it's *exactly the same thing* as GenAI.

Every form of AI is destructive. It's putting hundreds of people needlessly out of jobs under the guise of being a helpful tool. GenAI is another issue on top of the base problems, but don't use it to excuse the very core thing causing all the hurt.
