My son is super into orca whales, it's so endearing. We went to the library to read about them, and he loves watching Free Willy on repeat. I booked whale watching with a friend so he could maybe see a pod. If he wants to fixate on whales, I'm all for it and will absolutely foster this interest 😂

Friends in your 30's keep life interesting. Most of us have jobs in different areas. I'll get a vid of my friend watching a pilot getting their plane stuck in the grass- to a badass millwright sending a video of her jerry-rigging a setup with powerful machines to bring a ladder up a few floors.

As I prepped lunch to bring my son to school, it was the first time I was hit with worry. Is this likely to happen at a preschool? No. But the odds feel larger now, and they only get higher as he grows up. My thoughts are with the victims and their families for this terrifying tragedy. (3/3)
