I keep thinking my neighbours must be thinking the same of me every time I go out to take pics of our maple. I'm obsessed.
A maple tree with yellow and green leaves. The same maple tree with yellow and orange leaves and a couple of birds nests visible where the leaves have fallen.

I am this old now. I went out to dinner in socks and sandals and ordered meatloaf and was excited when they told me I could try their pickle buffet(!?) I like this for me.
A photo zoomed in on a buffet table covered with taut black fabric, featuring what might appear to be a chocolate fountain, but instead of chocolate pouring from each layer of the fountain, it is pickle juice, and the pickle juice is lit up to really shine in green. The buffet contains pickled beets, green beans, pepperocini peppers, gerkins, bread and butter pickles. Picture of inside wall of a restaurant with shelves holding variety of pickled vegetables and hot sauces. The pickle buffet with pickle juice fountain can be seen in distance along same side of restaurant.

A few years ago, I stopped for lunch on this little island on the headpond and a little frog joined me. Today, I had lunch and a little fawn popped out of woods. It came back a bit later and swam across the river.
A fawn with its spots just barely still visible appears in shallow water on shore of a small wooded island.

This is the way! I hope your healing arm continues to improve and get stronger each week. I know it's a long, frustrating process. I remember the dreaded physio multiple x per day. So hard and tedious but it eventually gets better. Here's my before and after from June 2018; distal spiral fracture.
Two xrays pictured. One showing a humerus broken in two. One showing it back together with a rod and pins.

Art is healing, and trying something new is inspiring💛✨️
Pictured here is rolled-out clay cut in the shape to form a cup. Tools such as rib bones, stamps, pens, and even a doilie can be seen on a long table. A clay cup before it's been fired in the kiln is pictured with layered stamps including two small deer in centre of cup. Light shines in a window on tools placed atop a giant roller used to roll out clay, much like a pasta press. Tools with brightly colored handles hang on a white headboard wall with a long list of instructions pictured on wall.
