This week's full of surprises (aka I pre-ordered something months ago and I have adhd so I forgot about it). Paprika the maned wolf just arrived! She's super soft and cuddly with her weighted tummy and paws and will get along great with Chocolate Chip the hyena. 🧡💚

The Bird Oracle book is heeeere! 🤩 Here it is with my other artful games from @shing.bsky.social, not featured is the fabric map from A Mending because I'm still working on embroidering it.

My hoya pubicalyx is blooming for the first time in the 6 years I've had it, I'm so happy! And my tiny but mighty hoya lucanosa is also in bloom ! These are so fragrant in the evenings, similar to jasmine but stronger (my whole apartment smells so nice) and a little bit chocolatey I think?

The flowers have a star shaped base that is a dark purple black with a velvet texture, in the center is a smaller star shape that looks waxy and is a red-ish fuchsia with a little spot of white in the center. They are very fragrant.

Getting ready for my next cross stitch project! It's only missing the aida fabric now, I'm thinking a light pearly grey or a lavender? Apologies, I took down the previous post at the request of the designer. (1/2)

Me: let's do a tiny non binary flag froggo (yellow, white, purple, black) until I can get fabric for the big frog friend. I only have black aida on hand what could go wrong? Can you see the stitches?! Because I can't! 🤣
