I need them to reprint the amiibo. I waited on it hoping it would go on sale since it looked eh but then it sold out and it goes for absurd prices on resale 🥲

I am so seated for this. I will find a way to the theater no matter what

It was kind of like when the Little People Mario toys initially came out and people were buying them in droves to resell. I’m glad they produced the heck out of those so kids can actually get them (and me lol. I thought the yoshi and bowser were adorable)

Sableye @teamsableye.bsky.social · 7h

I’ve already accepted I’ll never have a complete collection of amiibo (the ones like the contest tournament whatever exclusive monster hunter ensured that) but it still kind of feels bad seeing what is meant to be a cute fun thing for kids be an exclusive collector’s/reseller city item.

Sableye @teamsableye.bsky.social · 9h

It distresses me they keep teasing these when they’re exclusive to the physical stores right now and the only way to get them otherwise is shelling out to resellers (people want about $250 for the set). I hope they get a wider release some day

Because while both sites are garbage Twitter is more of a steaming pile of garbage while this site is like stale garbage

Cute! Love they base them off the plush for the year

The skit itself was meh but holy moly the costume designer for Link went wild and I love that for them

I got both sets of the pokemon Halloween window clings from pokemon center and put them up! They bring me so much joy. Very happy they were clear so the print is seen on both sides.

A window with various window clings on it. The text “Happy Halloween” (but backwards so it can be read properly from outside) is in the middle of window the with a skull for the O, some pumpkins, stars, and bats. The pokemon Lunatone, Pumpkaboo, Zubat, Greavard, Trevenant, and Cubone are arranged around the window as window clings. There are also Gengar and pikachu shaped orange pumpkins and two small white ghost type symbols.

A window with various window clings on it. The pokemon gengar, mimikyu, mandibuzz, phantump, zubat, and litwick are featured. There are also orange pumpkins in the shape of shocked pikachu, eevee and haunter. There are grey pumpkins of duskull and drifloon. There is a large dark type symbol and a large purple ghost type symbol and two small ghost type symbols as well.

I could not care less about the property value of a duplex I am renting and the highway I live like less than 200 feet from is a much larger and actually real health risk than any tower is. Let me see the crane 🏗️

030

Sableye @teamsableye.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

Absolutely losing my mind that I got a letter from the city that there might be a tower going in across the street from me. And not for the reason you may think, it’s 100% because I would get to see a crane being operated up close again and I want this. The old people better not ruin it.

Definitely agree with this sentiment 100%. It may have been better if he never got into the morality since it always came off icky. I understand he’s of the WWII era so he probably had some very influenced views of good vs evil but I still think he could have been better on how he wrote about it.

010

Sableye @teamsableye.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Yeah I remember it was such a big deal at the time in the fandom that there was going to be a “good vermin” and then it was like well no one will believe you’re good so you better go hide in the woods or whatever

101

Sableye @teamsableye.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Triss is remarkable for his shoutout to the big online fan RP community at the time DAB Dibbuns Against Bedtime. Ironically the site let you be “good vermin” species (I RPed a fox) so he was aware that the target audience wanted that and still just went nah in the books

110

Sableye @teamsableye.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

I feel you 100% on this. I was thinking of doing a replay of my old games and sending the pokemon up through each generation (before I knew of the closure) and now that we have a deadline it feels so daunting to do that in time (so now I'm making it worse by avoiding it)

Sableye @teamsableye.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Very good mega as well! I actually liked the majority of the new megas in ZA and the DLC. They did a good job

010

Sableye @teamsableye.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

This is specifically about the DLC. I enjoyed the base game a lot!

000

Sableye @teamsableye.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

I liked the story but the grind was so deeply unpleasant for me especially trying to make the very specific donuts that I actually started to hate playing the game. I think more varied environments and music in hyperspace would have helped. Alas. Mega Golurk and Absol Z made it worth it. So cool.

I feel that. A couple of months ago when they were rebuilding the bridge I live next to the crane that was in my backyard got struck by lightning in the middle of the night and my entire duplex shook and there was no sleep after that (Especially since I went down a rabbit hole on crane insulation)

Going wild for Samurai Pizza Cats merch in the year two thousand twenty six (I had some high end figures that were released in the 2010s but sold them to pay for moving expenses) I wish the shirt wasn't white though. Stains too easy. I work a job where I easily can get blood stains so it's a pass

I read there’s a massive Lego Godzilla set rumored to be releasing at the end of November (in the same leak as the Dragon Ball set) so my wallet is in immense danger from that depending on what it looks like. It’s supposedly the Legendary model Godzilla so it’ll be hefty

000

Sableye @teamsableye.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

I’m 100% obsessed with the construction equipment sets though lol. Probably best not to dive down the pokemon path when I’m building this stuff

Yellow and black Lego dump truck and front end loader. The front end loader is putting Lego rocks into the dump truck. There’s a Lego contractor trailer in the background and a sign with a Lego pug standing beneath it.

There was something just a bit off model about the Rayquaza set. I was excited about it at first but then the longer I looked at it the more I realized it wasn’t quite right and passed on getting it. If it ever goes on sale I might get it but too expensive for what you get

100

Sableye @teamsableye.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

This looks so good. I wish the Rayquaza set had this level of detail. 🥲

One of these days I’m going to stop lying to my doctors about having noodle arms. Turns out the fitness games really do help (I also lift weights on top of that, like while watching TV or whatever). The noodles are ever so slightly less noodly. (I don’t know how to flex, I’m sorry if this is wrong)

110

Sableye @teamsableye.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

They were really impressed how well I did on the treadmill. Thank you Fitness Boxing 2 and Ring Fit Adventure. I suspect also that means they found absolutely nothing lol (The echocardiogram was apparently normal) Guess it’ll be back to square one trying to figure out why I’m passing out.

The funny part is I posted that from the waiting room of the hospital’s heart center so I already know I’m an old millennial that needs to watch their health 😭

Youngest person at the heart center champion!

Is this because we’re all old millennials that need to watch our blood pressure

Why does this look like a Pokemon Adventures story arc

010

Oh my arceus I have waited so long for this one. I never thought I would get to complete the Tamers trio

The excitement I felt getting full odds shiny Ho-oh in ORAS vs shiny pokemon in Go on community day are completely different feelings. Like I love that shinies are so easy to get now but the thrill of encountering one you have to work for or is a surprise is unmatched

030

Sableye @teamsableye.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

He thinks the drawing is funny but he didn't take the hint that I need help 😔 He's on the first aid team at my work so he is well aware of my health issues (poor dude caught me last month walking into a wall when I was in the middle of an episode and helped me get to the floor so he KNOWS)

000

Sableye @teamsableye.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

I have the super tight dreaded laundry room/bathroom/ hot water heater area common to rentals so it’s incredibly difficult for me to get behind the dryer with how cramped it is. I probably need to just buy a dolly so I can move it easier OR I can convince my coworker to do it for me

100

Sableye @teamsableye.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

I’m trying to convince a coworker to help me with cleaning my dryer vent hose but he doesn’t understand why I need help so I have drawn him an illustration of what it’s like for me when I have to clean behind the dryer

A pencil drawing of an anthro fox comically splayed over the top of a dryer with their legs dangling over the side. They have exaggerated long eyes trying to peak over the back of the dryer to see what’s going on while they hold a mop in one hand desperately trying to clean behind the dryer even though they obviously can’t reach. IF ONLY THE FOX’S COWORKER WOULD GET THE HINT SHE NEEDS HELP AND COME HELP HER BECAUSE SHE’S CLEARLY TOO SHORT FOR THIS

My male cardinal that frequents the bird feeder always looks so rough this time of year. He fathered two clutches and ended up with six children (even split of male female) this year so I think it’s warranted with the way they harass him

0110

Sableye @teamsableye.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

I also picked up some of the new Halloween pokemon plush. NOT THAT I NEEDED THEM, but they were cool and I’m sad and they make me happy. Look at these fellas.

Four plush pokemon sit on carpeted stairs. On one step are the Pokemon Zoroark and Zorua who are dressed like vampires with top hats and fancy capes. On the next step is a polteageist with the ghost making an appearance from the spout of the tea pot while holding a fancy spoon and wearing a bowtie. Next to him is a crobat wearing a top hat and scarf.

010

Sableye @teamsableye.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

The Melmetal sitting cuties plush is so dumb. I love it. Look at his silly little wire tail. Also he filled in the last spot on my plush ladders

A small plush of the pokemon Melmetal sitting very politely on some carpeted stairs.

A small plush of the pokemon Melmetal, but viewed from the backside so you can see its red wire tail, sitting very politely on some carpeted stairs.

Sableye @teamsableye.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

Yep! I see it like that too. That's why we have a lot of pokemon that look similar and ones that might be ugly or garish. We got all those too. I'm sure there's pokemon that have to fill niches in their world as well. I always liked New Snap for giving us natural interaction for the animal aspect

070

Sableye @teamsableye.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

Exactly! I remember that was the huge counter argument at the time too is people would post voltorb or dugtrio or something in response. People really just hated new things I think.
