1 year ago today I woke up after eating a large steak, baked potato and massive piece of carrot cake feeling like garbage and telling my self to get my shit together. One year later : down 39.8 lbs (goal was 40 🙄) and down 10% body fat. Still have work to do but excited on where I am at this point!
