Slight FFXIV shadowbringers spoilers

Zackarius was in full sprint after hearing a gunshot echo down from the top of the mountain. The Crystal Exarch had ordered him to stay at it's base, but he had a sinking feeling in his stomach that he couldn't ignore.

He only hurried more when he started to hear the frantic voices of the scions. The only ones he couldn't hear was Ceilia's and the Exarch.

Urianger was the first to spot the knight. He tensed as he held their fallen hero in his arms. Alphinaud stuck to his side to heal Ceilia as much as he could, and Ryne stayed close to try and contain the light that was raging to erupt from her

The sight of her mangled and changed body made him slow to a stop. "Lady… Ceilia…?" his voice was just a whisper. His hands reached up to pull off his helm. He had hoped that his eye was deceiving him, but there she was, unconscious while Urianger held her.

" you need not worry for me... for I do not plan to perish any time soon Zackarius." Her contradicting words echoed in his ears. He could feel his hands tremble.

"C-Ceilia!" Zackarius discards the helm in his hands letting it crash to the floor. The closer he got to her the more it felt like the wind was being knocked out of him. He stopped right in front of Urianger, His trembling hand slowly making its way to cup the side of her face.

She had no reaction to it. She felt cold.

"Hand her to me." He finally said.

Urianger hesitated seeing that his hands were shaking. "Are thou certain Zackarius, tho-"

"She is MY responsibility Urianger. Hand her to me. NOW." Zackarius' lack of patience comes as a shock to everyone. He realizes this and says with a shaky breath as calm as he can. "please…"

Urianger takes a breath and slowly, Carefully relinquishes Ceilia to the knight.

Zackarius was not unfamiliar to picking up the Aura woman, there were times when someone would look to bring a task to her when she was to be resting. Zackarius would make it a point to promptly pick her up and find somewhere where she could rest with no interruption.

How she felt in his arms now, felt foreign. She looked different right down to her tail. He let out the breath he didn't know he was holding, and pressed his forehead to hers.

"Ceilia…"

FFXIV Shadowbringers spoilers// Last post cuz I kept forgetting to upload stuff I've worked on I promise I kissed the brick before I threw it 💙

Ceilia's Reply was "W-what I mean is that... you need not worry for me... for I do not plan to perish any time soon Zackarius. She looks different in her flash back where her scales aren't cracked with gold scars and are scarce on her form.

The third image shows Zackarius dropping his helmet as he runs towards the group yelling Ceilia's name.

The last image shows Zackarius cupping Ceilia's face with one hand. Her eye's are closed and she's sickly pale bright blood runs down her nose and from her mouth. It's difficult to see, but there are white sections of hair on her head mixed with her blonde.

An ending for Ceilia I cooked up with my fiancé's Shadowbringers character Zackarius. I've had brain worms with them for quite a while since he let me have full range on how they would be to each other :p. A quiet life after Endwalker #ffxivoc #ffxivwol

Ceilia and Selenio's Parents! :) Still working on the entire backstory but it all leads back to Ishgard~ #ffxivoc

Portraits of my Warrior of light and her brother's parents Elonelle and Astraeus.

Elonelle is a fair skinned blonde blue eyed elezen woman mostly dressed in dark blue with accents of black and gold. Her makeup is simple with dark blue eyeshadow and a burgundy lipstick. Her portrait shows her with a slight smile.

Astraeus is a dark skinned Raen Aura man with orange eyes that have 4 pointed star gold pupils, and black hair that has stripes of blonde mixed in. His portrait shows him blushing looking on as if seeing Elonelle for the first time.

The bottom half of the image has Elonelle scolding him about letting people charge him a ridiculous amount of money for things. Her dialog says "you have to be careful with some of these merchants. If anything come find me next time, understood? I'd hate to see a kind person be taken advantage of."

Astraeus looks away from her with a blush on his cheeks and only says "M...Mhmm." while behind him a low ocpacity image shows him cupping his face while looking up and a thought bubble says "don't look, don't look"

Ceilia and Selenio didn't really get to grow up together since he was born after she was taken to Sui-no-Sato. They didn't meet until she returned to the steppe in stormblood. They have a good relationship though! she's the whole reason he started adventuring and now they swap stories when they can.

Ceilia and Estinien back when they first met during the Heavensward expansion are pulling each other's hair because of an argument. They look shocked at what's in front of them which is the future versions of themselves in the Endwalker expansion who look to have been caught smooching, the two of them are blushing as they also look shocked at their younger selves.
