I just did a story on this bridge. It's neither a covered bridge, nor is it open (closed in September of 2025).
A screenshot of a Tourism NB AI chatbot response asking about visiting a bridge that has been closed for six months. It seems to believe it is also a covered bridge, which it is not.

I couldn't get the NB tourism AI to tell me how long it would take to drive Route 6 or where I could get tickets to the Saint John Flames, but it did drop this little nugget for me:
A screenshot of a chat with the NB Tourism AI chatbot where it indicates that Blaine Higgs is the current Premier of New Brunswick. Blaine Higgs lost the provincial election in 2024 and subsequently resigned.

I was so disappointed when I clicked through and it wasn't the watermelon smashing comedian.

Doing a two camera Multicam edit in the most ridiculous way possible. It’s Friday.

Hot take: "Yay, rain!" Cold shower:
A screen grab from the Apple weather app indicating that 4 mm of rain has fallen in the last six hours and 6 mm more is expected today.

That is sadly not enough rain for the drought conditions in the Maritimes. It's getting close to where I can just drive across the Wolastoq instead of taking a bridge.

I took my 17-year-old Nikon D60 DSLR out for a little trail walk earlier this week. While the technology is ancient by current mirrorless standards, something about that old film-like colour sensor tuning directly off of the camera hit my nostalgia centre for flipping through the old family albums.

Me, earlier today before the Prime Minister arrived at the White House: "Carney should probably just Jim the camera every time Trump goes on a rambling, nonsensical rant." Reality in 2025, a 365 day celebration of monkey paw wishes:
Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney looks directly at the camera with a look suggesting "can you believe this?" in a fashion similar to Jim Halpert in the NBC situational comedy, "The Office".

I'm getting an unfortunate déja-vu vibe from this statement.

I just based a guess off of the Abacus data from last week combined with my purely anecdotal advance polling experience where I noticed a majority of people there were men around the bracket that is showing Conservative favourability. It's definitely not science, just pure rampant speculation.

I'm purely running off of a casual glance at the 338Canada graph below showing a bit of a buckle (though I do see the curve is already showing potential of levelling out again):

I was always fond of "The Picture Province" as a slogan. Maybe it's time we bring back a modern version of the old inverse green plates?

Someone told me that the privately-owned couriers could easily do the job of Canada Post. This was supposed to have arrived a week ago. FedEx, buddy, do you need some help?

Nobody has ever been more prepared! It's safe to say this is a "lost" parcel. I have another one that shipped two days later than this that is on an Intelcom truck for delivery today.

In case you have ever wondered what the set of the Minto Sunday TV Bingo looks like, then wonder no further! This non-profit bingo has been on the air for nearly 40 years now (so long that nobody seems to remember the exact date when it started with certainty).
