‘Goldfinch’ by Raven Kennedy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 So the series overall all follows some very predictable arcs but it was like consuming a warm cup of soup, soothing and fulfilling. I’d really read more about the side characters and world in general if there was ever a spin off! #BookSky

‘Soul of a Witch’ by Harley LaRoux ⭐️⭐️⭐️.25 I liked their relationship after it was developed, it was very much just an insta love set up. It’s just hard for me to relate to that. Overall I like the series, this one just had too many filler scenes. Is it all worth a read? Yes, I had fun. #BookSky

‘Gold’ by Raven Kennedy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Raven Kennedy is a very talented writer. I continued to be captured by this world. The found family trope really holds strong throughout this whole series. I can’t believe I waited so long to read these! Bump this series up on your TBR! #BookSky

‘Glow’ by Raven Kennedy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 😰 Half the time I’m shouting for someone to just tell the truth and the other time I’m shaking my head knowing damn well it wouldn’t matter. 😞 Slade is knocking other book boyfriends out of the top tier spots with ease in this book!🧎‍♀️ 👏🏻 #BookSky

‘Gleam’ by Raven Kennedy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.75 This book is full of experiences so utterly female that I just couldn’t bring my attention to much of anything else. How brilliant to have it all laid out in a fantasy setting. I can’t wait to start the next book and find out the fall out of this one! #BookSky

‘Her Soul For Revenge’ (book 2) by Harley LaRoux ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks to book 1, you know where this book is going to end up, but the journey is the fun. It’s hard to explain how the subject manners and plot feels so very cathartic. I like the series more than I thought I would. Check the TWs! #BookSky

‘Glint - The Plated Prisoner 2’ by Raven Kennedy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really hope Midas’s downfall includes some moments where some form of self awareness hits him. Scenes that help him understand that his life falling to pieces is just the consequences of his actions. Okay I’m ready, to start book 3! #BookSky

‘Gild (The Plated Prisoner 1)’ by Raven Kennedy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A brutal, but interesting start. I did not anticipate the allegory representing women as objects, to be used under the right circumstances, and placed on the mantle and ignored when it suits men. Well played Raven Kennedy. 👏🏻 #BookSky

‘Shadow Princess’ (ZA Book 4) by Caroline Peckham & Susanne Valenti ⭐️⭐️⭐️.75 This series is absolutely dark romance. Well fuck. 💔 😢. The reason I have kept going is for Orion and Darcy! 😱! It’s gotten better as the books have gone on, but it’s still junk food of the book verse. #BookSky

“I’d gladly admit I was generally a dick, but Rae made me want to be… nice… to her. Only to her. Everyone else could get fucked.”

TW - Grooming, SA ‘Dark Harmony’ by Laura Thalassa ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have an appreciation for the dark side of Fae represented here, There were opportunities to keep it darker. The topics in the series lent itself to a more sinister ending. Would I recommend, no. Overall did I like it, it’s mid. #BookSky
