Teaching Jest @teachingjest.bsky.social · 21/03/2026Making a conscious effort to avoid pulling out my computer in uni classes unless required to view something and writing notes and doing planning/brainstorming by hand has drastically improved the creative breadth and depth of my thinking. Teaching Jest @teachingjest.bsky.social · 21/03/2026Being a teaching student and constantly being subjected to the “get with the times” narrative has been driving me a little (a lot) crazy! Every student I have has read “Poetry is not a Luxury.” “Litany for Survival” is the poem that reminds us Who and Whose we are, because we were never meant to survive. 28 poems for #blackhistorymonth day 9 15118
Teaching Jest @teachingjest.bsky.social · 14/03/2026Love it. Is your full response available anywhere? Would be interested to read more but also to see your reference list. I'm a preservice teacher in Australia and am deeply appalled by AI and am trying to gather as much research as possible. Would love to chat/email if possible :) 010
