Course reviews were released and I am humbled at the generosity of my grad students. I taught just fine, I think, but the kindness embedded in constructive feedback reaffirms that we’re bringing the right people into the profession. I had a larger turnout than expected for my presentation at a school psychology conference (WSASP) and it just feels so good. There’s something special about practitioners choosing your academic conference session. It’s like, “yeah, we share some values and perspectives here!” #academicsky

It was the first class for our future school psychologists last night. I asked the students to vote on how they would like to structure breaks during our 3-hour class. By majority vote, they selected a third option that I hadn’t thought of. Schools will be in good hands with this crew #academicsky
