My farewell as teach before my rebirth as new will be held on August 15th it will be a very short stream and I'll be talking about some stuff and showing you all some tips and stuff I've learned from my behavioral specialist. As well as a trailer for debut. Thank you to all who come in advance.

That's it and ill update more as I go to more sessions though

5. In an act of stupidity I told my boyfriend my thought process and used them in comparison which again was only included because of a false narrative I had been given. 6. But either way I was trying to make sure I told him everything because of how the prior relationship ended.

Teach_44 @teach44.bsky.social · 18/06/2025

4.1 card. So I had agreed to let them talk to me about their woes and their plight because I wouldn't allow myself to be responsible for someone's death. It triggered me so badly. I was being lied to. Either way, I did the convo played the game, and then sent them on their way.

110

Teach_44 @teach44.bsky.social · 18/06/2025

3.1 all I saw was my end goal of rectifying the situation and also preventing those triggering words and status from being uttered again. 4. This is the one I am most disgusted with myself about. A bad person who at the time I had forgotten and lied to about how bad had also pulled the **suicide*

110

Teach_44 @teach44.bsky.social · 18/06/2025

2.1 this is why my response was so intense to the situation I found myself in and caused desperation, anxiety, and agitation. (I dont blame them btw I have accepted this as a fact my response was horrible) 3. While state of a manic bpd and ptsd episode i never looked at it from other perspective.

110

Teach_44 @teach44.bsky.social · 18/06/2025

Responses to stimuli which I already knew but didn't know was how even when not direct it can linger. 2. While I was in a relationship the partner would constantly remake about them dying or ending their life. These statements only increased during the fight with the metamor made my sanity fragil

Teach_44 @teach44.bsky.social · 18/06/2025

Yesterday I had my first behavioral specialist appointment [therapy for autistic peeps] they made me notice a lot of things and I'd like to update this document. This isn’t me trying to gain sympathy but to show growth and understanding nor an attack. 1. Everyone has triggers that cause irrational
