Almost, we built out a plugin for Unity, Unreal, and Wwise, that uses our offline TTS Engine. Text is fed into the engine and turned into speech. No OCR, the developer has to define what text strings are sent to the TTS engine and when. For example: store.steampowered.com/app/1581680/...
