While the house is recessed, Dems should use this time to call in experts in AI and find out how to regulate it. Put it on C-span. Call in experts in government corruption and get ideas on how to best move forward with this administration so that accountability is achieved. BE THE GOVERNING PARTY

The co-chair of the DSA Megan Romer did an interview with David Remnick. She said prisons need to be abolished. He said “what about murderers?” She said they should be home contemplating their crime.

I’m not an establishment democrat. I think we should have a system like Denmark or Norway. We while we are working toward that goal we can’t have the head of the DSA saying “murders should be home contemplating their crime”

I have read up on it. I agree the the system is unjust. I believe that anyone in prison for taking drugs should be set free. But there are some very violent people that commit heinous crimes that I would not want in my neighborhood “contemplating their crimes”

I want health care for all. I want workers to have more power. I’m for unions. I’m for abolishing ICE. After hearing an interview of the head of DSA, I’m concerned. I don’t want to get rid of all prisons. I think they are going too far…
