A lovely plate of fall-off-the-bone ribs; slow cooked at 300° for 2 hours with my own spice rub then 30 minutes with BBQ sauce brushed on every 10 minutes. Very very tasty and a very happy- faced dinner. I do like my foodie life. 😊
