Good week off from work. Caught a Lowell Spinners game, went to Hampton Beach, watched eating legened Joey Chestnut at a chicken wing eating contest in Seabrook, and hung out with friends.

30 years ago today WATERWORLD was released in theaters, producing the true definition of blockbuster excess in its post-apocalyptic ocean adventure thats aged incredibly in the decades since. For a film thats notorious for going over budget every dollar is on the screen from the sets to the stunts.
