Playing the big RE games before Requiem and boy Resident Evil Revelations is way better than expected. It’s got all the oddities of the RE5/6 era that I dislike but also is an attempt at returning to backtracking through an atmospheric open area with limited ammo. A proto RE7, one foot in, one out.
