Why do Republicans call money the government sends #farmers to cover Trump's failed economic policies a "bailout" when they call money the government sends to Americans looking for healthcare help "subsidies"? It's a subsidy or it's welfare & farmers should be embarrassed to take it. @wsj.com.

Damn right. These streaming services continue to raise prices, restrict service & think you'll just keep paying. Nope! Got another @netflix.com price increase email today & that was it. There's too many other services, I don't watch much tv & their stock is under pressure, so 👋

It was a helluva relaxing and beautiful Easter in the patio reading a great book, listening to music with temps hovering around 80 in #SanDiego. All you CA bashers (listened to yet another one on CNBC this morning) make us all 😆 with your jealousy. The past week was packed with tourists!

This is the most unhinged, desperate plea from this administration that I’ve ever seen in a presser. Trump is begging America to understand this needless, senseless, inflation fueling war in the Middle East that Netanyahu pimp walked him into. No chance!

You have to ask yourself if the @wsj.com reporting deliberately omits significant facts offering a contrary view of their angle, or if the reporting is just substandard. Prop 19 is well known & is designed to offset the hold-until-you-die scenario the WSJ writes about. Yet, not a word mentioned.

Todd Bigelow @tbfreelance.bsky.social · 01/03/2026

The @wsj.com's clear CA bias = inaccurate stories.🙄 "Tax policies that encourage owners to avoid selling their houses before they die." REALITY: Prop 19 *motivates* selling by allowing older owners (me 😆) to sell & buy a new home but keep my original lower prop taxes. www.wsj.com/economy/hous...
