On Friday, I was sent an automated email Nassau County Bruce Blakeman falsely claiming "Congestion Pricing Halted" and "Trump halts...Congestion Pricing". Isn't this currently a lie? No qualifiers like "pledge to". This goes out to thousands of residents and is on official County "stationary".
