Girlies with migraines, does anything actually help you? I am so desperate, I've had one for the past 3 weeks and I spent a day at the hospital yesterday with meds being given to me through IV and still no luck :( I'm taking all my regular prescriptions etc

I was supposed to go for a test drive with a car I'm trying to buy, but then my cat had to be taken to the vet and the AC was not working and everything was shit (literally 😭). Anyway, girlie does not hydrate enough so she had to get IV and two other meds

It is literally everywhere. And most people just use this shit without a second thought. I was told that if I don't use AI, I'll be 'left behind'. Would rather be that, than train my brain to not think anymore.

I just had the worst teams call of my life. Team of 9 upper management people who I've never seen before and are all native english speakers vs me. I had to share my screen and explain stuff to them. My english knowledge all went out of my head and I was struggling with the basics on my computer.

I know, don't worry. My dad has worked closely with the justice system in my country for the past 25 years, so I basically grew up listening to everything wrong with the system and am probably taking that entire anger out now when it is personal 😩
