There actually is an option to turn off reposts completely, though strangely it's a global toggle and I haven't seen anything of the sort for a per-account basis 🤔 Also understandable lol, I haven't really been finding myself reposting much in general lately

Considering that 95% of players just Star Beam him upon the buff to dispel it, it is curious they gave him an entirely separate buff that does something completely unique in the game (defence that ignores piercing effects). I wonder what was going on there too, lol

Yeah, even if we put aside #1 only giving 1 defence as a funny quirk, #2 isn't truly invincible and can be broken through with enough firepower, and thus #1 wouldn't be either. So it's still only 1 out of 3, and still 33%. No way to pedantic outta this one 🦈

This is actually the case! It's explained to you in one of the star spirit rescue cutscenes that Bowser is steadily growing more powerful from using the star rod without realising it.
