Tani feels gil is a means to an end. Yes, it's useful af to be as independently wealthy as she is, but she's been dirt poor and was happy then too. Her basic attitude about gil (and mine tbh) is: "What use is gold if I can't use it to help those I love?"

For Tani, love is *everything*. It is her primary driving motivator in everything she does; love for her family, her friends. For life and the Star. For the universe. I've found Tani to be capable of a tremendous amount of love. One person has described her as having a heart the size of the star.

Tani has a half-sister, Everilda, and half-brother, Dadalai, by her father. She is also - much to her chagrin and upset - the grand-niece of one Lolorito Nanarito. Why did she grow up dirt poor when her uncle was on the Syndicate? *Tani would like to know that, too.*

Tatani's older sister is Zezeki Tide. Zeki is 35 years old and a mother to triplets. She is married to her husband Arden, has but fairly recently earned her Archon's Mark and now works on projects merging Magitek, Crystals and aether.

Tani's true endgoal is to just live happily, run her bakery and cafe and raise her growing family. She couldn't really care about much else...except as a barrier to that goal and her family growing up happy and healthy. But of course, that means being the Warrior of Light for a bit longer. :/

Tatani grew up with her sister, Zezeki on the edge of the Sagolii, just outside of Forgotten Springs. She grew up with her father travelling often as a merchant, and their family being dirt poor but she never lacked for anything important..even if she and her sister had to share a bed.

Tatani is an incredibly sweet, giving and loving person; she is quick to befriend and forgive, given proper contrition. She is also *deeply* shy and insecure, abhoring the spotlight and she is *terrible* at accepting compliments. Above all, she is kind and that rules all of her decisions and actions

Tatani's most striking feature is her size - she is *huge* for a lalafell. In fact, it is the main reason she went into the realm of fighting instead of healing in the first place; she was big and strong and she felt she could put that to good use.

She's a Dunesfolk Lalafell, and while her main job right now is Red Mage she's actually pivoting to *White* Mage here soon, due to shifts in how she perceives her role as a 'Warrior' of light and wanting to shift to a focus on nurturing.
