Mini farm update: new winter crops (although we're in our October summer here). Broccoli, cauliflower, beets,carrots, radishes,peas,spinach etc. Not sure what to do with kohlrabi, don't think I've ever had it. Strawberries, artichoke & herbs stuck around from last season. #Gardening #EdibleGarden

Gochujang-Glazed Zucchini with Fried Scallions. Using the first couple zucchinis from our garden! I like that this recipe doesn't overcook the zucchini, so it stays crunchy inside. I served it with rice and tofu. Recipe from "Korean American" by Eric Kim. #Cooking #Cookbook
