Experience & About

I've been working as a graphic designer for a printing company since 2018. Graphic design mod for 4 Seasons: a MDZS junior zine. Part of the design team for Knife's Edge- a Shuakeshu Horror Zine and Metamorphosis - A P5 Tarot Project.

I don't have any strong preferences for genre so I'm trying to read as many different things as I can. Shorter works will always have a special place in my heart, be it a short story or as small as a drabble. I love getting a glimpse into small moments with the bigger picture hinted at but never revealed. Ironically I'm currently reading the webnovel Pale.

This was supposed to be just the preparatory sketch for a larger version in a different medium but I liked the result so much I never went further and just cleaned it up a bit. #MDZS #JinGuangyao

I did Pick up Pokemon for a few more characters but didn't draw most of them. Some i did were the Land brothers, here LWJ with Milotic. With its beauty and elegance it fits him perfectly and it will OHKO you. #MDZS #LanWangji

2018 - Wen Chao who is technically a screenshot overpaint I took some liberties with. I can even flip it horizontally and it still looks nice. #MDZS #WenChao

On the left a digital portrait of Wen Chao in very high saturated colors, on the right the original screenshot in a lot more muted colors. The only similarity left between the overpainted portrait and the source are the pose and character.

I was going to post a different piece but then I saw I had a nice pic of the wips of this one. You can see I numbered the tails to be sure to not forget one. I messed up the first attempt so inked roughly over it resulting in the second image. It's inspired by the stylised bosses on the ark. #Okami

An ACEO depicting Ninetails from Okami. The drawing has very thin linework and is colored with watercolor. The background is a golden ocher color covered in a thin layer of gold paint.

The same motif as the previous image but the lines are rough brushwork varying a lot in thickness. The background color is only gold paint.
