This made me realize how many smudges there are on my monitor... also I was doing half the test with the bluelight reduction setting on. Turns out if you turn that off it helps a lot. 😅

A screenshot showing results of an color difference test it says:

You're seeing differences that most colour scientists would call noise. If you're not already calibrating displays for a living, you're leaving money on the table.

Name... That which summer fades and the flowers wither to fall, fall. What is your... Truth? Visions of spring, my dreams that you made Bloom... The setting sun, why did your light disappear? To where? Tell me... Was I to blame? ☽⁑───⁑☾ 🎨- @tehwi3.bsky.social #vtuber #envtuber #illustaross #vsky

Point of view portrait illustration of Taross reaching out his left hand as if in desparation towards a woman, standing in the distance. The woman, who is wearing a white sundress, is facing away from him while standing in a grassy field lit with numerous fireflies during the golden hour of sunset. The sky above her transitions from the semi cloudy golden rays of the sun into a starry filled night.

When did it all begin? Was it when our dreams first intertwined? Perhaps it was in the middle of it all... Maybe it was when our threads were pulled apart, ...found in the color you left behind. ☽⁑───⁑☾ 🎨- @tehwi3.bsky.social #vtuber #envtuber #illustaross #vsky

When did it all begin?
Was it when our dreams first intertwined?
The colorless void meeting the rainbow,
A guide who found the directionless.
Perhaps it was in the middle of it all...
In the midst of the sparkle and the wonder,
When it was you who shined ever brighter.
Maybe it was when our threads were pulled apart,
Perpendicular lines never to meet again.
In that solemn solitude, solace...
I found in the color you left behind.

Description:
A full body shot of Taross standing in the middle of a salt flat, holding a light orb in his hands. Floating with her arms around him, cupping the same light orb, is an ethereal girl seemingly made of light. It is a star filled evening with a full moon behind them both, surrounding the pair in the foreground and background are floating specks of light.

A sketch page art of Taross with pastel-colored computer-like applications and desktop in the background. One of the poses is a three quarters shot of him diagonally reaching out to the left with his right arm, the second pose is a half-body of him smiling at the viewer with his headphones off, and finally the last one is a chibi of him listening to music.

The second picture is Hikari dozing off while Taross notices. The third picture is Taross booping sleeping Hikari's nose. The polaroid itself is decorated with stars and sparkles.

Here's this cool PNG of mine that a certain really really cool artist made! Thanks for the consideration 🙏

A character reference sheet depicting Taross, a man with shaggy medium length dark blue hair, tan skin and golden yellow eyes. He wears a pair of metal headphones with light blue accents, a white short sleeved zip up hoodie with a light blue design, light gray cargo shorts, and a pair of high top sneakers with scrunched up socks. Around his neck are a pair of dark cobalt blue scarves that give him four scarf ends, two in the front have fringes, and two in the back have pointed ends and a lighter under color, they are held together by a rainbow pin affixed to his left chest area. He also wears a pair of fingerless gloves and a white and blue sweatband on his left arm. There are three full body references, forward, side, and backward facing. Depicted on the forward facing is a blue buterfly sitting on his pointer finger.

On the top right hand side of the sheet shows a slider of his eyes, showing the thin pale blue eye rings within his iris that shrink or grow depending on his mood. The more negative, the smaller the eye ring gets until the point where it covers his pupil completely. When neutral, his eye rings sit equidistant from the edge of his iris and his pupils. When positive, the larger the eye rings become, to the point where it lines the edge of his iris.

In the middle right of the sheet shows the front and back design of his hoodie, alongside is his pin. The center of the pin houses a crescent moon facing to the left with a couple of smaller circular celestial bodies the the right of it, they are backdropped by a night sky filled with stars. Surrounding the middle are exactly eight rainbow loops that form a cloudlike circle around it.

The very bottom right shows a happy looking chibi version which is labeled as his "dream" state. Standing next to him is another chibi but this time all in grayscale showing Taross in a tired and sad look with the label of "reality". This version wears a simple white tucked in button up shirt, belt, slacks and, work shoes.

The last thing I can think of outside of trying to use data recovery software (which is unlikely given how long ago it was) is if you use one drive to sync your stuff to the cloud. It might still have those saved in the recycling bin or have a previous version of the folder there?

100

Taross ☁️🌃 @tarossvelin.anomaly.moe · 16/10/2025

I would still check, just in case for some reason your PC created a restore point then. Also, it's unlikely that you haven't already but I assume you've already checked to see if it's still in your recycle bin? (I only occasionally empty mine so it builds up...I still have files in there from April)

100

Taross ☁️🌃 @tarossvelin.anomaly.moe · 16/10/2025

Oh no! Can you back up your current stuff on a separate drive and see if you have a restore point that you can revert to that still has them?

After discovering character posing applications I feel so powerful. No longer will I toil for hours in the google mines searching for specific pose references for commissions. Instead I will spend hours posing the models to the exact atom just to send it out as a rough reference for a commission. 😭

Spoilers for #mynoghra episode 8. I watched the newest episode of Apocalypse Bringer Mynoghra today and I'm devastated that they didn't animate this part of the scene in the manga. I legit cackled when I read "THE HUMAN MUST PAY WITH HIS SKIN!" and wanted so badly to see it done and voice acted...

A manga page of Apocalypse Bringer Mynoghra showing three brain eaters about to attack a despicable human merchant. With the following dialogue:

"There must be punishment for hurling such foul language at our lady! The human must pay with his skin!" - The three brain eaters

"Wait! Let's make a deal!" - Merchant

"I-I'll apologize! I can give you money! Goods! A-anything, please---!" - Merchant"

"It's futile!" - The three brain eaters.
