Now this is a nice night.

A black plate with a variety of food items, including fried pieces and a dish with grated cheese, on a black tray. Greek tenders and fries.

A hand holding a cigar above a glass of red liquid. The scene is set on a dark, textured surface.

A man with a beard and glasses holding a cigar in his mouth under a thatched roof.

That'll be unpleasant later.

A man with a beard and glasses sits in a chair, looking to the left. He has a bandage on his hairy shoulder and a tattoo on his arm.

Week is half way done, almost.

A man with a beard and glasses sits in a car, wearing a grey t-shirt and a seatbelt. He raises his right hand, showing a thumbs-up gesture. The background is a blurred view of trees.

Okay. I do think I like these.

A pair of black-rimmed glasses sits on a white laptop, with another pair of black-rimmed glasses to the left. The laptop rests on a blue and green mouse pad. A person's hand is visible at the top right corner.

A close-up image of a person with a bald head, glasses, and a beard, smiling. The person is wearing a dark shirt. The background is a wall with a red and orange pattern.

Okay, I must admit after a bit of time with it. This clear case from Spigen has to be the best clear case I've ever had on a phone. The buttons are super nice, tactile, and clicky. This is something pretty much every clear case from anyone, Apple included, disappointed on.

"A smartphone with a patterned case sits on a wooden surface, displaying a digital clock showing '1:50'. To its left, a colorful mousepad features cartoon animals, and to its right, a grey mouse with red buttons rests near a white cable."

A light blue smartphone with a white ring sits on a wooden surface. The ring has a white symbol in the center. A grey mouse with red buttons rests near the phone. A white cable runs across the background. A patterned object is visible on the left.

This is another one where I could easily change some of these out depending on the day and mood you caught me in.

Unico, Little Nemo, Sailor Moon, Ronin Warriors, Evangelion, Tenchi Muyo in Love!, X/1999, .hack//SIGN, Natsume’s Book of Friends

Okay maybe I'm too Birk pilled. I got these for rainy days. Trying to decide how I feel about their Croc imitations.

Super difficult, and could easily change on another day. It hurt to not include things like Phantasy Star 4. But I tried to stick to things that had LASTING impacts, and honestly there's way more than nine games that did that to me. Way, way more. Especially NES/SNES era.

Super Mario Bros. 3, Dragon Warrior, Trials of Mana, Final Fantasy 6, Tales of Destiny, Xenogears, Breath of Fire 2, Silent Hill 2, Dark Souls

Sure. Now bear in mind these are from my Move. So this screen is smaller and not a great aspect ratio for comics. The bigger one I have at home is better suited there. 😅

Targrus @targrus.org · 11/09/2026

But the real reason I'm torn is just the Palma 2 is so damn cute. 😆

160

Targrus @targrus.org · 11/09/2026

Yeah, I'm not sure if I wanna carry both of these in my bag everywhere. So I might lean just on the reMarkable Move as my on the go reader now. Though I do adore just how CRISP the Palma 2's screen is. But Gallery 3 is also easily the prettiest color eink on a tablet around.
