733 days of war, it may have ended on paper, but not in our minds. I keep wondering… how can we ever forget? The fear, the exhaustion, the pain.. they linger, quietly shadowing every moment of peace. chuffed.org/project/1464...

I want to share something personal I’ve been facing recently. I’m not sharing this for pity, but to show a glimpse of my daily life and harsh reality. Your support is what keeps me going ❤️

The situation here has become extremely dangerous. Every day there’s a new evacuation, and the bombing is increasing more and more. Each night is harder than the one before, and death is getting closer to us than ever! If this continues and no one stops them, we will die in front of everyone’s eyes!

This is where we live now—six adults in a 4×4 meter tent. The heat and humidity are unbearable, and winter cold is harsh. The tent is tearing and will leak when it rains. I need a new tent to protect my family. Please help through the link in my bio ❤️🫶

Channel 7 (Hebrew): Smotrich to Netanyahu: ‘I give the army orders to attack, and we will achieve victory before the winter season.’ My question: Will they achieve this victory by killing and starving innocent people? Or is peace and security the true path to any real victory?

Today I have another physiotherapy session, and in this city there is never any time to rest! You have to do everything by yourself, and even getting treatment is a huge struggle. Keep me in your prayers and show some support 🙏❤️ www.gofundme.com/f/u88uu-help...

This is exactly what happens when speaking up for Palestinians is treated as “controversial.” Deleting accounts and hiding posts doesn’t stop the truth — it only silences those who dare to share it. The world is watching, and so are we. #FreePalestinianVoices

Today I had a new physical therapy session, and I just got back from there — I’m honestly exhausted! The heat and humidity are extremely high, which makes everything even harder! Also, after finishing my physical therapy, I went to the market to buy some things for my family!

Many trucks enter Gaza now, but they’re for traders who pay huge sums for armed escorts, making goods still very expensive. Markets are full, yet most people can’t afford food. This is the time to help ❤️‍🩹 www.gofundme.com/f/u88uu-help...

Fortunately, aid and goods are still entering Gaza, which helps prices go down more. But the worrying news is about the full occupation of Gaza. Since the start of the war, we have gotten used to seeing a hopeful breakthrough followed by new massacres and killings!

365 days of homelessness, and yet.. A year ago, my home was turned to dust. Since that day, l've been searching for the warmth, safety, and comfort it once gave me, but nothing feels the same. Today, I remember... and I keep hoping for a place to call home again 🏠💔

What’s happening in Gaza is not “security measures” — it’s ethnic cleansing in plain sight. Every delay in action costs more innocent lives. The world must act now!

020

Tarek & Fares @tarekandfares.bsky.social · 08/08/2025

Even though prices in Gaza have dropped slightly, they are still far beyond the reach of many families. Starvation will continue to claim lives — not because there’s no food, but because people can’t afford it. No child should die with food just out of reach! #starvation #Gaza

🚨🚨 Israel is now planning a full occupation of Gaza — months of invasion, more forced displacement, and more massacres. If this genocide isn’t stopped now, we are heading toward an even darker, more horrific chapter. The world must act before it’s too late!

022

Tarek & Fares @tarekandfares.bsky.social · 06/08/2025

In Gaza, basic survival is a daily battle — food and clean water are scarce, and every moment is a fight against starvation. Huge respect to those risking everything to bring hope and aid. The world must not look away ❤️

020

Tarek & Fares @tarekandfares.bsky.social · 06/08/2025

This is not a natural disaster. This is a man-made famine, enforced by siege and bombing. Gaza’s children are starving before the world’s eyes — and we are still counting the days under this horror!

020

Tarek & Fares @tarekandfares.bsky.social · 06/08/2025

80 years ago, the U.S. dropped a nuclear bomb on Hiroshima, killing over 70,000 civilians. But what Israel did in Gaza is worse—no nukes, yet entire neighborhoods were wiped out, over 60,000 killed, famine imposed, white phosphorus used. I’m still there… surviving under the rubble!

Tarek & Fares @tarekandfares.bsky.social · 06/08/2025

Life in Gaza is getting harder every day. Thousands suffer without water, food, or medicine. The siege and bombing bring pain and fear, but we don’t lose hope. I’m one of those suffering, and we need the world’s support. Every share and donation counts. Gaza stays strong!

Our bodies are breaking down slowly under this war. 💔 Skin diseases, infections, wounds that never heal… all because we’re forced to live without clean water, hygiene, or basic human needs. 🕊️ Share this so the world knows what is really happening to us. 📌 Don’t let our suffering stay hidden
