Not worth posting on Bluesky anymore... I'll have to consider another app entirely.

It's that special day again. I'm not getting any younger. But at least I don't have to feel lonely celebrating it any longer. #Taranja #VRChat

I thought I've seen the last of Filian... but then one day, I discovered this avatar at Avatar Museum 13. Those eyes. That hair color. That sailor uniform. Those fox ears and tail. Now I cannot unsee the resemblance. Somehow, I can hear her voice come out of that model. #VRChat

This is a Christmas present for one of my friends in which I've gotten a bit closer with, @kaidafuyuko.bsky.social! Merry Christmas, Fuyuko! Hope you enjoy your new gift! #Taranja #VRChat

Might be one of my last Bluesky posts of the year... but I want to end it off with a meaningful avatar reveal. This is a present for a friend in which I reconnected with recently. It's a symbol of our growing friendship. Some of you might know her. I'll reveal her soon. #Taranja #VRChat #NewChara

I'm likely not gonna post here much from now on; there's hardly any engagement on this site anyway. Besides, I am more active on that bird site anyway.

My first time getting used to webcam tracking while recording. I think tilting my head in front of my camera just to see her move disorients me a bit, so I don't use it as often while recording or taking photos on my own. #VRChat #Taranja

Commissions on VGen have been closed as I get ready for vacation in a few days. For those on my waitlist, I will message you when I return next month. There's one more chara left to work on before I leave. After that, I deserve a break from the metaverse. #Taranja #VRChat

It's been a while since I've done those reveals. This avatar is for one of the biggest VTubers I have worked with. I've been cooking the past several days on her, and now she's ready to take flight. You'll get to meet her soon enough. #Taranja #VRChat #NewChara

I hardly post on Bluesky much as I don't get as much reach here. I am more active on the 🐦 app compared to 🦋, to be honest, and what I usually post here is mainly reposts from the other platform.

To all the VTubers looking to network with me outside of commissions, just know I don't have that many games on Steam aside from VRChat. I will have to get used to your vibe first before you consider doing on-stream collabs with me. So please, don't force it.

Taranja @taranja.bsky.social · 28/04/2025

I am opening up commissions for converting 3D models from VRChat to VRM. If you want, you can use your avatars for streaming or other stuff beyond just VRChat. Join the waitlist here, or ask me for any questions: vgen.co/Taranja #Taranja #VRChat

I've been wondering... If I were to do reveals for new avatars, should I rather have them be unlocked by likes/reposts like how most VTubers reveal their designs? At least for the ones I use myself; for the ones I make for my clients, I'll have to ask them to see if they are ok with that.

Taranja @taranja.bsky.social · 20/04/2025

Here is my take on the strawberry demon, Kaiya! It took a lot of effort and strawberries to bring her to 3D, but I'm happy with how she turned out. Thanks for the commission, @ohkaiya.bsky.social! #Taranja #VRChat #VTubers

Taranja @taranja.bsky.social · 18/04/2025

Outside of my usual clients, it's been a long time since I've ever made friends with any other VTuber. Granted I've not fully set up my own stuff so I can't really call myself a VTuber, yet. Nevertheless, it's hard to approach others without overthinking amidst all that anxiety.

Dammit VRChat, why does selfie expression has to be locked behind VRC+? Just doesn't make sense for it to be paywalled given that it is very useful for desktop players who are on a tight budget and can't afford VR. I just wish this feature is available to everyone else real soon.

020

Taranja @taranja.bsky.social · 25/03/2025

Spent the entire day cuddling in VRChat; the amount of skinship I had definitely warmed my heart but also strengthened my bond with some of my friends. I might have enjoyed it a bit too much.

010

Taranja @taranja.bsky.social · 24/03/2025

I'm sure most of my mutuals can tell, but in case you can't tell, I play VRChat a lot. The avatars and the amount of customization keep me in that game and Unity for thousands of hours. It would be rare to see me play any other game besides VRChat.

Taranja @taranja.bsky.social · 22/03/2025

Why do I usually hang out in certain worlds with filled with more Japanese or Chinese players? Because users with BOOTH avatars are much more common there. It would be rare to see them in any of the popular lobbies, especially when there are more Gumroad avatar users or users with videogame models.
