I'm a big fan of @nordikorik.bsky.social , so every time he finishes a game onstream, I try to make a little fanart of it. I often see it as fanart on his intro stream screen. XD This one is for Silksong, which has a little flea with his signature blue scarf.

Here are some zodiac cards for the set I wanted to do this year that I missed posting. Cancer is actually based on a giant crab that tries attacking Heracles on Hera's orders during his trial against the Hydra of Lerna. It was immortalized in its efforts.

A zodiac card with a blue, watery frame around it. The card features a shore with a blue-green waters and shells on some golden sand. A red bunny called Choux is on the shore with a crab themed tail.

So I made myself a Resolution card to keep track of my resolution progress... with 4 months left on the current calendar. Yay. But I do like this idea though and I will be referencing this when I do another one a week before 2027 drops.

A card colored pink, blue, and yellow, star themed, lots of meters and tiny icons that says New Year Resolution Card 2026.

So July is gone and August is here. That means Art Fight 2026 is over and its time to review the arts I attempted to do for the month. Unfortunately, I could only squeeze a small number of them. I tried to make them all game-themed, but I guess I didnt take into account being busy and then burnout.😖

I made a new character btw. It's a pixel art style character but it's based off my new hobby of using and practicing with ink and fountain pens/dip pens. ✒️🐙

A small reference sheet of Takoyo, a small octopus with default orange skin, yellow lips, and suction cup markings, and a brown, sauce-like pattern on top. He constantly has a toothpicks stuck to the roundest part of his body, which he can pull out to use as a dip pen. He has all 8 tentacles as well, though theyre arranged in a way where the larges two act like arms.

Takoyo's ink reference. He can produce ink as a mist or as a liquid, often to paint and color things like his toothpick pen. The color and properties of his ink can be affected by the things he eats and digests.

A quick design template to show how adaptable and transformative Takoyo is... because he's an octopus. He can change the pattern on his skin, change the color of his body, and wear funny little hats and clothes. Like the Valentine Takoho who is mostly brown and red with pink hears and a hear toothpick. Or alien Takoyo with his UFO hat, cow-themed pick, green skin, and magenta lips and suction cups.

A team comedy ID card for the Art Fight website, this one featuring a Team Comedy theme. Its mostly browns and oranges and has my username (Tangytablet), who I'll be attacking (Whenever I can manage), and a collection of little character portraits of my characters as clowns or comedic figures.

Mar. 21 is when the moment of Aries arrives. Described to be competitive and a little quick to anger, Aries are said to have no filter when it comes to their opinions and are the type to get bored pretty easily. They are supposedly more willing to take on a dare when provoked.

A fire themed card For Aries, Mar. 21- Apr. 19, a fire sign focused on the Ram, which is based on the golden ram of greek myth sent by the cloud-nymphe Nephele to rescue her children Phrixos (Phrixus) and Helle. It features a little ram themed Choux with pale red fluff, horns, and a dark face. He's standing on some cloud-shaped grass surrounded by pale blue flowers and framed by red, swirly fire shapes, purple flames, and orange gems.

My little art piece that I wanted to do to celebrate 30 years of Pokemon! Aquarius (Jan. 20 - Feb. 19) There are many people linked to the myth of aquarius such as Ganymede, cupbearer to the gods, Deucalion, and Cecrops. Your year will give you chances to show your selflessness through many things like donations, community outreaches, and volunteer work.

A zodiac card with an air frame covered in tiny shines and stars. This one features Aquarius, who is a tiny Choux looking down on their cloud watching their giant ewer pouring water from the sky.

My New Year card and also my first finished piece of the year. I honestly wanted to add more and maybe even animate it a bit, but there's been so much to do... especially with a lot of bumps and a sad loss to my family early in 2026. Not letting it dampen my spirit and keep stepping forward though!🐎

A new year themed art with a green and red frame, there is some narrow text that reads "HAPPY NEW YEAR!" Bordered by red and yellow lines with a stack of coins hanging from the bottom bar. Near the bottom there is a white horse with rad markings and black hooves. Its mane and tail are made of bright flames.

Just doing a cute (and a bit late) Christmas card to mark the event of the year~ The overall theme is based on this cute song back when Coca-Cola wasn't making sad-looking slop ads: www.youtube.com/watch?v=hT-E...

Sprite art of my holland lop rabbit, Zant, in a very badly measured Santa Outfit that's falling apart and showing off the little tricks like the pillow in my tummy. The picture is framed in Christmas decorations, ornaments, and lights. It says "Merry Christmas 2025 at the bottom."

Journal elements for printing and pasting in a journal page. There are colorful apples and a bunch of bows for Apple Day and International Bow Day.

More printable journal elements with a variety of different Choux Lapin's, Zant's (both in different costumes for Charity, First Aid Day, and a dessert theme), a bunch of sandwiches (hot dogs, submarine, and burger), and then some characters from fairytales Little Red Riding Hood and The Red Shoes respectively.

Some dragon designs with color schemes for a little poll thing I made, they were done in a rush so they're a little shoddy. (L-R) a cool-colored sea serpent, a warm-colored volcano dragon, a pastel fairy dragon, and an earthy armored dragon.

Rock-Paper-Scissors icons for a personal thing I was making.

It's kinda crazy how much more positive the reaction to Mega Victreebel seems to be compared to Dragonite as a mega #pokemon , but I Iike both of them are adorable, silly creatures. I think we can all say that the visual of it spewing its gastric acid all over the place was iconic. #pixelart

Mega Victreebel is a large, rotund, yellow water balloon-like plant creature. It's identified as a pitcher plant but this creature has two fangs, two eyes, and a pink lip-like opening. This sprite art depicts it spewing its acidic stomach fluids all over the place similar to its reveal trailer.

#WorldNeverGiveUpDay is on Aug. 18 and it's a great chance to show the world what we can do but at the same time to pace our expectations in our work and ourselves. Here are some Choux Lapin's with gentle reminders to balance yourselves in whatever you do. #pixelart

A green farmer Choux Lapin with a straw hat, overalls, and veggies in his massive cottonball tail, a green celery stalk, an orange carrot, and a red tomato. Beside him is a small sprout popping out of the ground and beside that is a yellow and pink watering can. A massive speech bubble atop him has a quote that reminds the reader that when you fall short of expectations, you should take it as a sign that you have more room to grow and learn to become better than the you you currently are.

A pink and tired looking Choux Lapin with a massive fountain pen of gold and navy sticking out of his cotton tail. Purple ink smudges are all over his tail and body. A number of smudged papers and one crumpled paper are beside him. A speech bubble reminds people that when you feel stuck and frustrated in your work, sometimes the best course of action is to refuel with drinks and snacks and to give your body and brain time to rest and relax so you don't feel overwhelmed.

A brown Choux Lapin rabbit with glasses and a tiny red flag that says "Go!" stuck in his tail. The speech bubble above him tells the reader that if you want to see more of a particular thing in the world, whether its certain stories, or fashion, or art, sometimes you have to be be brave and persevering to learn and put out the kind of content you want to see yourself out there.

Jo-ann's fishball. Its fish paste that's been rolled into a ball form, deep fried, and then stuck to a stick for easy eating. Jo-ann's coats their fishballs in a special yellow sauce that's sweet or spicy for an extra kick. It's pretty tasty and filling.

July 23-Aug. 22 is when Leo's are in the spotlight for the year. The Symbol for the Lion came from the Nemean Lion, a massive near invulnerable Lion that was killed by Heracles (Herculese?) as one of his many great trials. #pixelart #zodiac #leo

A small lione with pale offwhite fur on its head, body and tail. Its mane is a deep blue and is covered in small gold decorations like tiny stars. It has a pointy crown with icy blue gems on them. Its eyes are rimmed in dark purple, pale blue sclera, and bright icy blue pupils. It has dark blue toes, gold cuffs on its front legs, and the tail ends in a star with a dark blue gem at the center.

Pixel art of Mega Dragonite from the side. It's a light orange dragon with large, fluffy wings atop its head, a horn on its forehead, feathery shoulders, a tan belly, large green eyes, tiny greenish wings, and a long tail that ends in an colorful pearl. Near its head is the Mega Evolution symbol, which looks a bit like stylized, colorful DNA.

Printed some elements for my journal pages and tried working with 2-pixel outlines. I have to say its very cute and I'd like to work with it a bit more. If you're curious about the flavors of the cake, they're "Biscoff Cheesecake" and "Classic Chocolate Cake". I added a lil Choux too. #pixelart

A Biscoff Cheesecake slice with yellowish topping on a pale yellow cheesecake base, a browning baked shell above, biscoff chunks in the cheesecake, and a brown biscoff tart shell on the outside. There is a bit of caramel drizzle in there. the numbers 33 in orange, blue, and green and a white-and-red striped birthday candle are also there.

A chocolate cake with a spongy, light brown base, and milk chocolate filling and icing that ripples a bit inwards. There is a light chocolate creme dollop on it with more chocolate sprinkles on top. Choux the rabbit, sporting a chocolate-colored coat and a dollop of chocolate and sprinkles over his cottony tail looks at it while drooling a bit.

Been pretty late in prepping for Art Fight 2025 because I got so sick and unmotivated by the tail end of June. So I'm kinda catching up right now and one of the lil guys I'm working on is my old mascot character Oninu.

Oninu, a white, fluffy, cloud-like dog with two yellow horns, a lightning tail that shifts depending on his mood, and tiger-like legs.

Oninu's moods (clockwise from upper left): normal electric, rainy sadness, dizzy tornado, and cheerful rainbow.

It's a little mascot character I've been thinking of called Choux Lapin (Shoo La-pan), after the pastry type and 'rabbit' in French. It's just a customizable bun shape with a big, thick, cottony tail. The simple design is to make it easy to customize and decorate depending on the theme. #pixelart

Choux Lapin ref sheet, a simplified mascot that I've been thinking of for a while. Its simply a small, pale pastel blue bun-like creature with a massive white, cottony tail. You can give him little hats and tail accessories or even completely change his fur color and pattern so I can customize him to any theme. He CAN emote, but doesn't a lot of the time and just has a blank stare 80% of his life. His favorite food are colorful gummi carrots, cutting the middle man of carrots being like candy to bunnies.

I tried my hand on making a little creature for Global Wind Day, and I ended up with this nice little bug creature. Its wings are made of those funny little helicopter seeds and they have elements of things that can be blown by the wind because the element has no physical form. #pixelart

The Whisperwil, a green, plantlike bug creature who is a sprite that embodies the element of wind. Because wind and air are not physically perceived, they look like things that can be blown by the wind, like cotton, dandelion seeds, samaras, stray leaves, and threads/scrap cloth. When befriended, they create crystallized wind mana made from their own ichor.

Two rabbits with grassy backs. The large rabbit is a mother bunny with pink flowers and small bright pollen dots while a baby, light blue bunny with small orange flowers snuggles next to her.

Me being angrily taught how to drive a car by some angry member of my family. Criticizing me at every point of the drive doesn't really help...

Aries, Mar. 21 - Apr. 19. It is identified with the Egyptian god Amon and is synonymous with the Greek myth of the Ram with the golden fleece which is sacrificed to Zeus before being placed in the heavens. #pixelart
