The year is 2001. I'm playing Mega Man Battle Network. Haruka, Lan's mother, is shocked when her recently repaired oven has caught fire. "Maybe it's a bug or virus or something!" I laugh at the absurdity of the moment. The year is 2026. I'm reading the news and...

A scene from Mega Man Battle Network for the GBA. The player character Lan is standing in front of his mom in their kitchen. The oven has multiple flames as the entire appliance has caught fire.

I might be a little bit obsessed with Samus' new Varia suit. #MetroidRavenous

Screenshot from the Ravenous reveal showing the new Varia suit. The white from Dread has turned into a sort of cream, and now the yellow and oranges blend in smooth gradients.

She's shown twisting upside down with her arms held close to her chest. We see the detail in her shoulder caps - the central "S" disc is now black.

Great shot of her in a defensive posture, half-crouching. We can see how the tip of her blaster has changed, and we can see the.... energy light on her armor's chest has expanded in an angular, almost angry stretch? Also we see definitively that her inner thighs are covered in a black fabric with a hexagonal pattern.

A shot of Samus standing, taken from the back, as a very large Space Ninja slowly rises in front of her. We can see the cream/white extends up her back.

Machine translated answer to the most request ask about Trails 3rd Chapter getting a remake. Taken from this interview on ASCII.jp: ascii.jp/elem/000/004... #TrailsInTheSky #Trails3rdChapter #Kiseki

(Machine translated.)

-- Are you considering a full remake of "the 3rd"? Also, the "Republic of Calvard" arc, which is currently being developed separately, has stopped at a good point. When can we expect to see the continuation of that story?

Kondo: As for "the 3rd," I'd say it's undecided from a company perspective. However, personally, I think "it would be a lie not to do it," and when we finished "2nd," the staff started asking, "Can we start "the 3rd" now?" The motivation within the company is that high, so I definitely want to do it at some point.

There was talk of doing it as DLC, similar to "Grimgarden" in "Trails of the World," or as a game-within-a-game for "2nd." We don't know what form it will take at the moment, but we will decide based on the situation.

As for the "Republic of Calvard" arc, I don't think we can extend it any further. We're working on it so that we can announce the next update sooner rather than later.

And we have Ryuzu, a masked strategist. His voice is provided by Hiroshi Shirokuma. You may have heard him in Naruto, Fairy Tail, One Piece, Beastars, several Pretty Cures, Jujutsu Kaisen, and more. He was also the Japanese voice of Karl Heisenberg in Residen Evil Village!

We see what appears to be an ornate purple and gold luchadore-style mask, covered by a deep gray wrap. Long silver hair drapes underneath and over his chest. His face is entirely covered.
