One of my favorite contradictions in Mario's universe is the ability to breathe just normally with lack of atmosphere established in TTYD, only for it to be undone right away in its successor a couple years later. Which was just one year before Mario Galaxy.

I came up with a VERY ORIGINAL model (😘) to import as a mod for Mario Kart 8 a few weeks ago, but I've been stuck at the importing part to the modding tool for this because developers for these programs are still commonly ditching Linux as of today, despite the current state of Windows

I was checking earlier today whether my local theater was featuring the movie Coyote vs ACME currently but then I realized it's literally not available anytime soon in my country at all AND it's going to ditch theaters and be exclusive to streaming services anyway lmao. Fuck this shit. Whatever

Only played PE2 because first game didn't release in my region, and yet the 2nd one did for some reason. Definitely among my favorite games though. One day, maybe one day I'll give PE1 a try on emulator.

And then there's the remaining event mode challenges... yeah I think I'm done with those as well. The very last challenge I've cleared is beating the event "Hungry Hungry Kirby" in hard mode.

I removed DLCs from my console's memory for the sake of excluding DLC characters from the opponents in All Star mode. I love how buying DLC characters makes this mode -and all challenges tied to it by extension, especially the timed ones wtf- arbitrarily harder. Totally was thought through 🫠

Finally I got all those stupid custom moves. Them being unlocked at random with the possibility of getting doubles is so bullshit lmao Ironically I figured the fastest way to grind and force unlock them might be playing a bunch of Trophy Rush with the characters missing custom moves

The one problem I have with Rogueport is that it has zero physical connection to any other area (i.e. roads), thus can't be left on foot and is overreliant on the pipes of the underground to make main accesses to most places. PM64 does it just once while TTYD does it 4 times. Just a nitpick I guess
