The #Trump Administration is again halting construction of several offshore #wind farms, this time by pausing their leases over "national security risks". A previous stop-work order was overturned earlier this month by a federal judge who called it "arbitrary and capricious".

The jury in Aaron Thomas' "naked fat test" trial have reached a verdict. The former NK basketball coach has been found not guilty on sexual assault charges, but guilty of two lesser charges of simple battery. He'll be sentenced next month, and faces up to a year in prison for each charge.

Governor Healey and state transit officials just announced that South Coast Rail service, set to start for the first time in 65 years on Monday, will be free though the end of March. Free weekends had already been announced through April 21. Fares for SCR trains are also now available for purchase.

A hearing on the deportation of Dr. Rasha Alawieh, originally set for today, has been postponed. She was detained at Logan Airport this weekend after visiting family in Lebanon, and put on a flight back out of the country despite being in the U.S. legally.
