The best part of biking to work is when everyone says good morning to me. The next best part is when everyone is wearing red to cheer on our soccer team as they take on Switzerland today. #GoCanada

I love election time. This year, I'm helping my friend run for Council. She's a fierce advocate for building the kind of city I want to live in - bike lanes, walking paths, housing, and better fire protection. Vote Lisa in October 2026. theprogress.com/2026/06/17/l...

Because of a risk of flooding, avoid travel in the Fraser Valley unless necessary until the atmospheric river passes and water levels subside. Highway 1 and other provincial roadways could close with little or no notice. Follow DriveBC.ca for the latest info. #BCFlood

Looking east over a constructed reach of a gravel bed stream that flows into Vedder River. The banks are composed of coarse gravel. Tall cottonwood trees grow parallel to the opposite channel. It's early spring so the trees have no leaves. Some of the shrubs along the shore are just starting to get leaves. A person is wading in the stream.
